Successor Project to the Big Bad Wolf

RE: Replacement Project For Big Bad Wolf
The original location for the Swings was right where the Katipilt is now. I loved the Swings there because it felt like you were flying over the trees!

Franco, I wish I could think of a better word than replacement too. When i think of one, I will let you know. Wink

Also, "Speed of Fright" as a blast ride would be amazing. Imagine the Wolf concept hyped up on super speed; flying even faster through the woods and around the Rhine... dangling like a flier that somehow swings lateral as well. (For I do love me some lateral G's!) Smile

It is too much to hope for. Perhaps pessimism right now is best... that way, if something is built that really warms my heart; I am even more pleasantly surprised. Yes; I am an official pessimist-optimist for that reason alone.

Coaster Count 2010:
Alpengeist: 22 | Apollo's Chariot: 20 | Griffon: 28 | Loch Ness Monster: 28
Big Bad Wolf: 30 (in spirit) Angel

Out of those choices, only successor makes sense to me.

So Nora, I suppose you set low expectations only to be overjoyed by the smallest of things? Smile I refuse to remain pessimistic on this. Personally, I like to think that BGW has a pleasant surprise up their sleeve that no one is expecting. Sleepy

RE: Replacement Project For Big Bad Wolf
OOOOOOO!! How about Successor? That sounds fabulous! What will be the successor to the Big Bad Wolf! Sweet. Using that noun instead sounds as if it is a passing of the guard.. one neither replaces the other in quality.. just one succeeds the other!! Whoop!! What say yall? Big Bad Wolf's Successor?

Ha! That is me to a T! Low expectations always means there will be something of a pleasant result. But dang.. you all beat me to the Successor thing; perhaps I type too slow!
