The purpose of this project is to create a photo depository for Busch Gardens Williamsburg. The reason is that it can be difficult to find pictures of the park, especially pictures from the park’s past. The importance of this site probably won’t be known until years from now when the memory of attractions that are gone at that point have faded from memory and the only way to see them is to find pictures online.

The goal of this site is to make those pictures easy to find. The way we present the site and the selection options available to the users will change and be refined over time as we find what works best. The site is currently in Beta and there is no time limit for how long it will remain in this phase, it could be a few months, it could be a few years. Eventually a final release will be made with only minor revisions taking place from that point on to ensure regular visitors are familiar with the site.
