The Impending Zombie Apocalypse

Wink The Impending Zombie Apocalypse
This is in the general discussion section for obvious reasons, but I just wanted to point out that I think there's a 100% chance I'd survive a zombie apocalypse.

Anyone else as confident as me?

RE: The Impending Zombie Apocalypse
I might... if their computers ran Windows (man, those would be some dumb zombies) and they needed computer help...
PS: I have a computer that runs Windows (just because Macs are expensive) and hate it (it runs Vista- if you have it, you know).

I'd hide behind my husband, so yeah, probably would survive. Big Grin

I would, if I found like a really nice place to hold out in.

RE: The Impending Zombie Apocalypse
Well, I own the Zombie Survival Guide ( a hilarious book by the way); and I rock at all Resident Evil Games, so I have a fair shot at living through the worst of it.

This is all you need to know:

Top 10 Lessons for Surviving a Zombie Attack:

1. Organize before they rise!
2. They feel no fear, why should you?
3. Use your head: cut off theirs.
4. Blades don't need reloading.
5. Ideal protection = tight clothes, short hair.
6. Get up the staircase, then destroy it.
7. Get out of the car, get onto the bike.
8. Keep moving, keep low, keep quiet, keep alert!
9. No place is safe, only safer.
10. The zombie may be gone, but the threat lives on.

RE: The Impending Zombie Apocalypse
Those are some good lessons to live by. I'd like to point out that barricading is for rubes. You cannot out-wait zombies. They won't get tired of waiting and leave, more will just show up. Zombies are curious regarding large groups of other zombies (proven fact) and will join them in milling about.

The key to survival above all else is to maintain a nomadic lifestyle (Nora's Rule #8).

Or, if you are like me, join forces with them and fix their computers... unless they are smart and have Macs... in which case, I would be in some trouble.

RE: The Impending Zombie Apocalypse
You gotta keep moving. Plus don't use guns. You're just going to attract other zombies. Also keep a dog with you. they're really good at spotting the infected.

RE: The Impending Zombie Apocalypse
the zombies would get the dog though. As a ninja all I would need would be my grappling hook and Katana. evasion is the key to survival, and somewhat of a speciality of us ninjas. Food is no issuse as we have found in balance and can go for weeks without food or water.
