Welcome to the Busch Gardens Wiki

This wiki is dedicated to the SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment properties that are branded as Busch Gardens Adventure Parks, and their associated Water Parks. Maintained by the members of BGWFans, our hope is that by reading this wiki you'll discover more about the Worlds of Busch Gardens.

Adventure Parks

Busch Gardens Williamsburg

Busch Gardens Williamsburg is the heart of SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment's operations in Williamsburg. Opened on May 16, 1975; the park encompasses 383 acres with the overall theme being preindustrial Europe. Named "Most Beautiful Theme Park" for 21 years by the National Amusement Park Historical Association (NAPHA), the park is world-renowned for it's beauty, world-class roller coasters, shows, and food. See the Busch Gardens Williamsburg Wiki for more information.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is the oldest (currently operating) park in the SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment chain. Opened on March 31, 1959; the park covers 335 acres in the heart of Tampa Bay, all themed after different areas located on the continent of Africa. With amazingly detailed animal exhibits just steps away from some of the greatest coasters on the east coast, calling Busch Gardens Tampa unique would be an understatement. See the Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Wiki for more information.

Water Parks

Water Country USA

Water Country USA is the water park component of SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment's activities in Williamsburg, and is the Mid-Atlantic's largest water park. Originally owned by Pleasurama Inc, the park was sold to SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment in May of 1992. With a 1950s-1960s era Surf theme, the park is one of the most visited water parks in the USA. See the Water Country USA Wiki for more information.
