The park has announced that for the first time in the park’s history, they will be adding to the celebration of Memorial Day with the addition of nightly fireworks at 9:30 on May 29 & May 30. The best place to see the fireworks will be Germany & Italy, with a white balloon acting as a visual marker for guests. If you can see the balloon, you’ll be able to see the fireworks.
The park is also offering an all-you-can-eat buffet in the Black Forest Picnic Area, which, having taken advantage of one of pass member preview day, is a pretty good deal. You can get the details for the picnic, as well as make your reservations, on the park’s website.
This is yet another first in the park’s history and further demonstrates the desire of the park to create a quality experience for the guests. Another good post-Blackstone takeover move and a signal that more good things are to come.
