Last night Water Country USA proposed their master plan for the next decade or so to the York County Planning Commission during their monthly meeting. As far as future rides and attractions go, there’s not much to be seen, but the map contained within their proposal gives a good idea of where the park is looking to expand in the future.
Here’s the official map that accompanied the proposal:
Pretty confusing, right? Well I went ahead and made the color-coded map below.
The red area is Phase 1 (the existing park), the orange area is guest parking, and the pink area is the current employee parking lot and the administrative buildings. The blue areas will be used for future rides and attractions. In order from lightest to darkest, said blue areas make up Phases 2, 3, 4, and 5.
